Crew Leader – Pressure Washing and Sealing
UBA Pressure Washing and Sealer is looking for a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 technicians in providing exceptional pressure washing, soft washing, and sealing services to our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and effectively operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment to clean a variety of exterior surfaces, including driveways, patios, fences, roofs, and siding.
- Apply sealants and protective coatings to extend the life of cleaned surfaces.
- Lead and supervise a team of 3 technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to identify areas for cleaning and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Complete daily paperwork and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pressure washing and sealing.
- Experience with soft washing roofing systems a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.

What we ask you come to the table with:
Great work ethic.
Ability to climb a ladder onto a roof.
This is outside work, in Sarasota, Florida, you will need to be able to work in the sun.
Strongly recommended: Prior Pressure Washing experience (one level below required).
Ability to confidently work on roofs and handle pressure washing equipment.
Trainability and basic mechanical know-how are essential.
Common sense, and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Transportation to and from the shop is necessary and required. Showing up on-time in the morning is mandatory.
A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory. (we have a guy that bikes into the shop, ebikes are great)
Additionally, a general knowledge of safe working practices is ALWAYS handy too.
You will need to read and understand job requirements and duties written in English.
