For roofs and larger jobs, we either walk the property in person or review satellite imagery together over the phone. We don’t auto-quote based on square footage alone, because Florida tile roofs vary too much in pitch, material, and existing growth severity for a one-size price to be honest. You’ll see exactly what we see before we quote.
The quote is delivered in writing with a clear scope: which surfaces, which chemistry, what’s included, what isn’t. If HydroLock sealing applies, the guarantee terms are spelled out in plain language. No verbal pricing, no surprise add-ons, no “we’ll figure it out on the day.”
Submitting a quote request doesn’t cost anything. Walking the property to scope the work doesn’t cost anything. You only pay if you accept a written quote and we complete the job. If you change your mind after seeing the number, that’s fine.

The person who walks the property with you is on the same team as the crew that performs the work. We don’t hand off your job to a subcontractor or rotate a different company in. The continuity matters because the details discussed at the scoping walk actually carry through to the job site.
